The picnic tables are available, so you can bring a picnic lunch and a tablecloth to use (COVID has changed every outing ). The park provides stunning views of the mountains. If you want to catch a bite afterward, the city center is close by, as are other nearby eateries.

When it is completely accessible, there is a skate park, basketball hoops, a splash pad, bathrooms, and fantastic play equipment. Picnic grills and pavilions are also available. It's a beautiful offering for San Ramon, and it's received little publicity. It's a really grassy park with plenty of lovely trees.  It is situated along the Iron Horse Trail and has its own walking paths. It's kept immaculately clean and well-kept. The playground has been thoroughly tested and accepted by four-year-old children. For adults, the seating area is lush and soothing. The walks through the woods are calming and soothing. Behind the main entrance building, there are also fountains. Due to Covid-19, the play area is currently closed (9/2020).

 

The park is linked to Iron Horse Middle School and the Iron Horse Trail, making it an excellent location for a long stroll. Kids will cool off by playing in a fun play area with a fountain. There is something here for everybody. Toddlers will enjoy the water play, while older children will be entertained by a more intricate play structure. The skate park or the basketball court are perfect places for older kids to hang out.
